Blouse with embroidered scalloped collar, balloon sleeves

• Embroidery, not a print — the flowers are stitched in blue thread, on the collar as on the front. They cannot fade in the wash.
• Scalloped collar — the edge is cut into small waves, repeated identically at the bottom of the sleeves.
• Tie to knot — it closes the neckline higher or lower, depending on your mood.
• Three-quarter balloon sleeves — the volume stops at the elbow and gathers into a scalloped cuff.
