Who sells on this website

Zonebazar is a French online shop, run by Mohamed BENJERRAI, a sole trader based in Saint-Herblain, in Loire-Atlantique. It is not a marketplace: there is just one person behind the orders, the emails and the returns.

The business is registered with the Nantes Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 531 454 965. Full details are on the Legal notice page.

What we sell

Fashion items, accessories, homeware, car accessories and pet supplies, chosen one by one rather than imported in bulk from a supplier's catalogue. Each product page is written in French, by hand, after looking at the product photographs — not machine-translated from an English title.

It's thankless work, and it's what makes the difference: our suppliers' titles often get the product wrong. We prefer to describe what the photo shows.

What we don't sell

Some product families are deliberately excluded, because they sell poorly or involve a responsibility we cannot take on:

• No electrical or electronic devices — no chargers, no cables, no screens. A device that breaks down means a disappointed customer and a complicated return.
• No cosmetics, no chemical products — home fragrances, creams and air fresheners fall outside our scope.
• No items claiming any health effect — no so-called medical compression, no slimming properties.
• No religious items, whatever the faith.

How your order reaches you

We don't hold stock. Your items are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, which explains both our prices and our lead times: allow 1 to 3 working days for preparation, then 7 to 12 working days for transport. We would rather put it in black and white than promise 48 hours that we couldn't deliver on.

Delivery is free to France and everywhere in Europe, with no minimum spend: shipping is already included in the price shown.

Several items ordered together may arrive in separate parcels, on different dates. This is not a mistake.

If something goes wrong

You have 14 days to change your mind after receipt, and the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. What to do is explained on the Returns and refunds page.

The simplest thing is to write to support@zonebazar.com: it's a real inbox, checked every working day, and you'll get a reply within 1 to 2 days.
