Delivery and lead times

We deliver to mainland France and the European Union. Here are the real lead times, with no optimistic rounding.

How long it takes

• Preparation and dispatch: 1 to 3 working days after your order.
• Transit: 7 to 12 working days after that.

So allow about two weeks between ordering and receiving your parcel. Our items come from a warehouse located outside Europe: that is what explains this lead time, and it is also what makes these prices possible. We would rather tell you before you order than after.

How much it costs

• Free delivery to mainland France and the European Union, with no minimum spend: shipping is included in the price shown on the product page.
• For any other destination, delivery is charged at €8.99 per order.
• The amount is shown before payment is confirmed. No charge appears afterwards.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an email with your tracking number. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then write to us at support@zonebazar.com with your order number.

If your parcel is late

After 15 working days with no tracking update, write to us: we open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we refund you or send it again, whichever you prefer. The burden of proof lies with us, not with you.

Duties and customs

Customs duties and clearance charges are already paid: you will not receive any request for additional payment on delivery.
