You have 14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to tell us that you are not keeping it. You don't have to give any reason: it's a right, not a favour.

To exercise it, write to us at support@zonebazar.com stating your order number. One message is enough — there is no form to fill in and no procedure to follow.

In most cases, you don't send anything back

For any order under €30, we don't ask you to send the item back. The return postage would cost more than the item itself. You are refunded, and you keep the item.

Above €30, we send you the return address by email when you contact us. The return postage is then at your expense, as provided for by law in the event of withdrawal.

If the item is damaged or not as described

This is no longer a withdrawal, it's a lack of conformity — and the rules change in your favour. You don't send anything back, and you don't pay anything, whatever the amount. We replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer.

A photo helps us report the problem to our partner workshop, but it is not a condition: we take you at your word.

How soon you are refunded

The refund is made within 14 days of your request, or of receipt of the returned item when a return has been requested. It is made to the means of payment used for the order, free of charge.

Delivery charges

In the event of full withdrawal, the original delivery charges you paid are refunded at the standard delivery rate, in accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code.

Legal guarantee

Independently of all the above, you benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against latent defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). They cost you nothing and cannot be lost.
