Choosing your size — measure your foot
These sizes are the manufacturer's. Don't go by your usual size: measure your foot, heel against a wall, to the tip of your longest toe — it isn't always the big toe. Measure standing up, at the end of the day, and compare below.
| Size | Foot length |
|---|---|
| 36 | 23.0 cm |
| 37 | 23.5 cm |
| 38 | 24.0 cm |
| 39 | 24.5 cm |
| 40 | 25.0 cm |
If you fall between two rows, take the next size up. A wide foot or a high instep also calls for the next size up.
Delivery
Delivery is free, with no minimum spend, to France and the 27 countries of the European Union: shipping is included in the price shown. Outside the European Union, it is charged at €8.99.
Your order is dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery is estimated at 7 to 12 working days: this is an estimate, not a commitment. Our pieces come from our partner workshops, and you receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Tensions affecting international trade routes may extend this timeframe for reasons beyond our control. We let you know as soon as we find out, and your rights remain intact: after 30 days, you can cancel and get a refund.
Returns and warranty
You have 14 days to change your mind, without having to give a reason — this is the right of withdrawal.
If the item arrives damaged or does not match its description, write to us: we will replace it or refund you, and you have nothing to send back. The legal guarantee of conformity covers 2 years.
