Choosing the right size

Shoe sizes follow the Asian system, usually one size smaller than the European system. Our partner supplier does not provide a conversion chart: we would rather tell you than make one up.

Measure your foot while standing, from heel to big toe, and add 0.5 to 1 cm. This is more reliable than your usual size, which already varies from one French brand to another.

If the size isn’t right: for items under €30, we refund you without asking you to send the item back.

Delivery is free, with no minimum spend, to France and the 27 countries of the European Union: shipping is included in the price shown. Outside the European Union, it is charged at €8.99.
