Choosing the right size

Shoe sizes follow the Asian system, usually half a size to one size smaller than the European system. Our partner supplier does not provide a conversion chart: we would rather tell you than make one up.

Measure your child’s foot while they are standing, from heel to big toe, and add 1 cm. This is more reliable than their usual size, and it avoids the most common mistake: a shoe that fits exactly and becomes unwearable within two months.

If the size isn’t right: for items under €30, we refund you without asking you to send the item back.

Delivery

Delivery is free, with no minimum spend, to France and the 27 countries of the European Union: shipping is included in the price shown. Outside the European Union, it is charged at €8.99.

Your order is dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery is estimated at 7 to 12 working days: this is an estimate, not a commitment. Our items are shipped by our partner suppliers, and you receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Tensions affecting international trade routes may extend this timeframe for reasons beyond our control. We let you know as soon as we find out, and your rights remain intact: after 30 days, you can cancel and get a refund.
