We reply Monday to Friday. If your message is about an order, please give its number (it appears in the confirmation email, in the form #1001): it saves us a back-and-forth and saves you a day.
What we can do straight away
- Track a parcel — give us your order number and we will send you the tracking link.
- Change an address — possible as long as the order has not been shipped, so let us know quickly.
- Choose a size — each product page gives the garment's flat measurements; if you are unsure between two sizes, tell us your measurements and we will get back to you.
- Cancel — as long as the order has not left, cancellation is immediate and free of charge.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, without having to give a reason. Everything is explained on the Returns and refunds page — in most cases, you don't even have to send anything back.
